Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products.
• Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day window.

How to start a return

Email us at contact.wuksio@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case we cover the return or send a free replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days. If a refund has not arrived after 15 business days from approval, contact us at contact.wuksio@gmail.com.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right at no cost to you.
